If you grant permission, Meda Yapı İnşaat San. Tic. A.Ş., its affiliated companies and subsidiaries may, directly or indirectly and for purposes such as marketing, promotion, advertising, sales, surveys and similar, send you commercial electronic messages via short message (SMS), multimedia and voice message (MMS), e-mail, call centre, letter, telephone, automated calls, WhatsApp and similar internet applications; may also retain the relevant data within the service provider information system; and may process them in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce.

Information on the Protection of Personal Data
This Information and Disclosure Form has been prepared within the scope of the processing and transfer of the “Personal Data” of natural persons regulated by Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “PDP Law”). Within the scope of Law No. 6698, all current information belonging to you that you have shared with our company shall be deemed “Personal Data”.
The security of your personal data is of great importance to us; your personal data will be stored in the most secure manner possible, in accordance with the conditions stipulated by the legislation and for the period required by legal obligations.
a) Data Controller
Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, your personal data may be processed by Meda Yapı İnşaat San. Tic. A.Ş. as the “Data Controller” within the scope explained below.
b) For What Purposes Your Personal Data May Be Processed
Your collected personal data is processed on a limited basis for the purposes of fulfilling the obligations of persons in a business relationship with our company, establishing and performing contracts, fulfilling legal obligations, advertising and marketing activities, determining suitable products, projects and services for you, providing effective customer service, evaluating requests and complaints, and conducting human resources policies.
c) To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
The processed personal data may be transferred to our domestic/foreign subsidiaries, business partners, suppliers, public/private institutions and organisations and authorised bodies, provided that the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDP Law are met and the necessary security measures are taken.
ç) Method of Collecting Your Personal Data and the Legal Grounds
Your personal data may be obtained in written, verbal or electronic form through our offices, call centres, websites, mobile applications, social media and other channels, and is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the PDP Law.
d) Your Rights as the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDP Law, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing; know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; request its deletion/destruction; object to any result that arises against you as a result of automated analysis; and request compensation for any damage incurred.
